Days Inn & Suites by WyndhamFort Bragg/Cross Creek Mall

There is elevator to the top floor so if you have heavy luggage it will be hard. They only one laundry room with one wash machine and dryer, there should have 1 on each level since there is no elevator only steps to the third level and they're located at each end of the building non located in the center of the building. The beds are nice a bit to high if you're a senior with limited mobility. Not enough handicapped accessible rooms. The decor is piece mill, floors are nice but all the patch work in the walls and base board work doesn't seem to have been repaired by a licensed professional. Full renovation is overdue with several upgrades are badly needed. AC units are in slide boxes but not secured there are gabs that you can see outside. Overall the stay was decent. Location is perfect with plenty of shopping.

Filthiest room ever. If they state that they are cleaning and disinfecting, I'm here to assure you that you are being lied to. When I initially got to my room, I noticed an odd smell coming from the A/C unit. I removed the air filter to find 1/2inch layer of dirt and dust. There was mold spores growing on the housing, which were producing the odor. I had to go to the store at 11pm to buy cleaning supplies, because they refused to give me my money back or send someone to clean it. This is a shady business practice to say the least.

When we arrived the place looked rough, more run down then the property photos on the travel site. Check in was easy, lady at the front desk was pleasant but some other staff was rude. The room was not thoroughly cleaned as the desk had particles all over it. Fridge was bashed in (see pic) and there was an outlet not covered (see pic). With all this places issues, I gave it three stars because the bed was comfortable. If the price is right, it'll do for one night. Also, I recommend the golden corral across the road.

The rooms were run down and dirty looking. The photos are not what the rooms look like. Trashy parking lot. Unsafe environment. The website is very misleading.

Stayed here on Saturday, 8/29/20. Great price, considering we had our dog, but that's about it. Although I understand that this is not a 5 star hotel, I expected better. This is a SEEDY HOTEL!! The staircase near the pool smelled like urine and every time I left my room the property smelled like weed. It's the kind of place where locals loiter. I didn't feel safe. NO BUENO!! I'm giving them 2 stars because they offered a decent breakfast and I was able to use the treadmill, which by the way, was the only working equipment in the gym.
