Comfort Inn Near Ft. Bragg

I booked this room for my parents. The room was very comfortable and clean, but what made me give this an excellent rating is because when they left my mother realized she'd left a nightgown that was very important to her. Now that may seem like an insignificant to some, but to the concierge at Comfort Inn it was a very big deal. That nightgown became important to them. And I have to give a humongous thank you to Ms. Ray whom was working the desk at the time. She went above and beyond to help us find and retrieve that nightgown. My mother was so happy as that nightgown was a gift from her youngest grandchild. The fact that Ms. Ray took the time to make something that unimportant in a manner of speaking be important that meant alot to my family and myself. Because of that small, act as well as the comfort and cleanliness of this hotel this will always be my mother's go to hotel when she visits me.

Clean, clean, clean, and comfy. Excellent staff, convenient location! Would highly recommend to anyone. Excellent rates, for the quality of service. This crew should be very proud of their work. Thanks!

Great customer service! But they had quite a few things that needed immediate attention: the elevators by the lobby and the ice machines on the 2nd and 3rd floor. On the way to the room there was such a strong odor in the hallway. The room itself was cleannCheck out time everything had such a pleasant smell. Overall stay was good and would recommend.

needed somewhere to stay while on contract assignment at a nearby clinic.nnWe brought things from home to make it feel more like “home”. Dawn, the clerk who checked us in, is just a delight. And actually, all of the staff we encountered were great.nnUpon entering our room, we were a bit disappointed that the floors and not been vacuumed. There was toilet paper in the toilet. No big deal. Let it be clear that we did not ask for room cleaning and just dealt with the few minor inconveniences. Other than that we sanitized the place ourselves once settled in. It’s always a good idea to do that anyways right?nnBreakfast items available “to go” like any other hotel during the pandemic. Fridge is a decent size. Microwave also in the room.nnThe hotel is conveniently located next to just about anything you need, even within walking distance. The new Lidl grocery store is super close.

Room was dirty but the EVENING staff were very nice. Bed was comfortable but pillows weren't. And pillowcase had mascara on it. Not mine.
