White Doe Inn

I’m going to start with PAM, PAM, PAM! She is amazing and made our stay so much fun and very memorable. The added touches to make us feel at home were so special. Lee is an amazing cook and the breakfasts (also cooked by Pam!) were beyond delicious. We loved the afternoon sweet treats with complimentary wine. We stayed in the Garret room and the two-person whirlpool bath with double facing fireplace just put it over the top!! The Inn was very clean and the bed was very, very comfortable. GREAT water pressure and really enjoyed the complimentary toiletries in the shower, no need to pack shampoo, conditioner or shower gel. I do wish each room had its own thermostat. Our first night, the other couple in the floor had the heat set so high, so it’s all about compromise! The grounds are gorgeous with lots of places too sit and just relax. They offer free bike use which we will use on our next visit when the weather is nicer. Last, Peanut is the best greeter and such a sweet pup ud83dudc36

My wife and I were there for 7 days and enjoyed every minute of it. The room was immaculate, slept well every night. The 4 course breakfast was awesome, and definitely filled you up for whatever adventure awaited you. Gourmet coffee and treats was a very nice touch. Pam, our host was a delight and a wealth of knowledge of the area. Her staff was very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend this. It was awesome!!!

Our stay was incredible and was made possible by the lovely inn keeper Pam and little dog peanut. The bed was comfortable and the food was delicious. From the moment we checked in to checkout Pam went above and beyond to make our stay fabulous. I have never stayed at anywhere that made me feel so comfortable, like I was home. Thank you Pam for everything!

The White Doe Inn was so relaxing and romantic! Perfect atmosphere for unwinding. We loved the in-room fireplace and balcony and the common places were gorgeous. Very much appreciated the White Doe Inn's attention to detail to make our stay the best it could be. They had bikes we could take out, board games to play, and snacks / drinks we could grab whenever if we wanted a night cap or snack. Breakfast was amazingly delicious everyday as were the afternoon snacks. The innkeepers were so sweet and accommodating too. We will definitely be coming back to stay here for future trips to the Outer Banks!

Our second visit was as good as the first. Everything was perfect. Upon reflection, however wanted to say the most perfect thing there is the innkeeper Pamela. Her smile, her wit,Her eagerness to assist guest, and her charm. Perfection in a small package is Pamela. Looking forward to a third visit as soon as possible.
