Awesome location. Easy access to the beach ud83cudfd6ufe0f and walking distance away from Jeanette's Pier.

Me and my family have been to this place at least three times. The first time we came here, they had fixed the place up so we we satisfied with our stay a bit. The next one was adequate and we didn't really have problems at all. But this third recent trip did us in. The fans were VERY dirty, the ac was poor, the screens for the porch was torn, the free WiFi sucked because you constantly got kicked off so you had to log in every few hours or it said it wasn't working and on top of that, there's a leak on the floor from god knows where when we walked into the cottage. During our stay,many people we talked to say there place was a dump as well so we will not be coming back here till this place is fixed up. total waste of $1300 .

tl;dr ud83dudeab Choose somewhere else!nnBesides being close to things to do and the beach, this place is not worth the price. These cottages are run down in almost every way and don’t feel clean at all. The grounds outside are trashed.nnFrom my experience here it seems like management is “squeezing” what they can out of these cottages until they are no longer livable, because it’s obvious the money is not going back to upgrades and maintenance.

Stayed there two nights and will never do it again. AC kept the front room cool until the sun went down. Bedroom stayed warm all day. TV didn't work called twice no repair person at all. My wife and I both work shifts and the TV would have been nice. I expect a little better service for 200 a night. I won't stay here again. PS. When you call for repairs you get a call center from another state. Good luck.

you get what you pay for this time of year. Looks like the owner of this unit hasn't scraped or painted the porch and forever. There's no real couch just a wicker loveseat with rock-hard cushions and wicker chair with rock-hard cushion. There's mold in the bathtub which has seen better days since its paint is all chipped off of it. The bed is comfortable so I'll give him that
