Islander Motel

This motel is just an all around wonderful spot. The rooms are nice and clean. The pool area is nicely stocked with plenty of chairs. The landscaping is beautifully kept. Several times I saw folks from the establishment walking around neatening different things which shows a huge amount of respect for their property. Definitely a gem amongst so many choices!

Staff were excellent!! Rooms very clean and very reasonable. Pool was Amazing!! Beach just a short walk. Couldn’t ask for a better experience in Nags Head. Will definitely be returning!!

We typically stay at The Islander for softball tournaments in mid May. Because of COVID our tournament got canceled this year. We decided to take a trip in June because we needed some time out of town. The owners always treat us like family. The house keeping staff are the best I’ve experienced. They are so friendly. True Southern hospitality! We will continue to stay there when we are in Nags Head!
