I had my wedding ceremony here a couple days ago and I can’t say enough good things about the staff at Le Meridien, especially Steve Ali (the director of food & beverage). Steve went out of his way to make sure every aspect of our day was perfect. We held the ceremony on the Anderson roof garden where we were able to space out the chairs enough to keep it safe for the guests. Steve responded promptly to any question I had throughout my 2 night stay. He personally came up before my ceremony started to make sure it went off without a hitch. If you are looking for a place to hold a small socially distanced gathering, I highly recommend this hotel!nnThe rooms were exceptionally clean, elevators had self cleaning buttons, the revolving door had self cleaning areas to put your hands, and they offered grab and go breakfast and dinner since the restaurant is still closed. I will definitely stay here again. It was the perfect experience! (Thanks Steveud83dude42)

This hotel is completely nice and fine but deserves one star for the following reason. They do not provide parking. Furthermore, when you call them beforehand to determine things such as whether they have free parking, they fail to tell you that there is not free parking. Furthermore, the parking is not merely not free but costs $40 a day. And also there is no alternative to this other than to move your car every two hours to a different zone, and no other parking garages that provide any modicum of competition. This is extremely aggravating as I could have simply stayed in a much nicer apartment for the same cost once the parking cost is factored in. Extremely frustrating.

Great location! The room is contable and very clean, the staff on the phone is not friendly at all, but upon arrival very helpful!!!

The difference in employees attitude can ruin it for the good ones. When checking in employee was awesome .very accommodating and a pleasure. Shift change totally different. Wanted ice. Machine broke ok well lets bring bucket down let employee know there's a leak i slipped and no ice. His response Ok well these 4 floors. They have ice machines. (ok your desk is next to a kitchen )?Ok well i will be back going store left empty bucket at desk. came back hands full. Got my still empty bucket Go to other floors no ice. Abandon bucket. Employer didnt care not apologetic and made us feel we was inconvenience. Sad because my experience with Marriott's are usually enjoyable. With all thats going on and most amenities are restricted and travel limited customer service should be accommodating.
