Loved my stay here! My room was spacious with a large window seat overlooking the beautiful restaurant courtyard. Bathroom was clean and bed was very comfortable with big down pillows. Would definitely stay again! I got takeout from the restaurant both nights - definitely recommend the crispy brussel sprouts and the pumpkin tres leches!

I've had the opportunity to eat at the Dial on two occasions so far. The first time was for dinner with my mother. We ordered the Bunuelos and Brussels as an appetizer. So good!! Apparently, one of Justin's sous chefs is from Columbia and this is his homemade recipe. The sauce accompaniment was perfectly paired. The sprouts were also amazing. The texture and balance was perfect, especially when hit with a bit of lime.nnFor the main course, my mother ordered the Moqueca and I ordered the skirt steak. The scallops and sauce in the stew were perfect. The sauce was poured tableside. I am not normally a fan of seafood, but it was delectable. As for my skirt steak, I asked for a rare-med/rare temp and it was cooked perfectly. The charred green onion and romesco were a delight, and the way that it all blended together had me wanting to go back in a hurry.nnThat leads me to brunch the other day with my girlfriend. I ordered the Chilaquiles and she ordered the Spanish Frittata. We also ordered a side of Patatas Bravas (not shown on the menu). The Chilaquiles were served with pulled chicken and topped with a perfectly cooked egg. The salsa verde was on point and the tortillas soaked it all up in an unbelievable way. As for the Frittata, it was served in a perfect vessel and came out piping hot. The highlight of this dish was the chorizo. My only critique is that it could have used more of it!! The Patatas Bravas is a Spanish inspired potato dish. I've had similar variations in the past. This one is as good as it gets. The sauce underneath is dynamite, and the potatoes were cooked to a perfect tenderness.nnAs you can tell, I can't say enough good things about the food here. I haven't even mentioned the cocktails or a couple of other dishes/sides. Also, enough can't be said about the design and the attention to detail. This place has an amazing outdoor courtyard, and they are sincerely focused on doing everything that they can in terms of Covid protocols.nnI could not more highly recommend.
