Landlady is sweet as all get out. Park is quiet and no nonsense when it comes to white trashery. If you got problems with the land lady it’s because you’re not paying your rent pure and simple. You wouldn’t work and not expect to get paid, don’t expect to mooch off this lady for free.

Good place to live

I would never recommend this place. Woody does not take care of anything! Her daughter does. When you go to pay your rent they are hardly ever there. They are very pricey too. you'd be better off renting to own a home than renting at this place. Trust me. They always say you didn't pay too! So if u do rent always always always make sure u get a receipt. If you don't she will say u didn't pay. She only cares about your money. I can promise u that. Happy looking guys! Please don't rent from these awful people!

Nice mobil home park. Neat and clean. I was helping a friend move into a mobil home. A nice home for her.

For one she is absolutely rude as can be. My husband asked her a simple question and she went off the deep end. Second she owes us money but won't answer our phone calls or says she won't be home when we want to come by. Dead Serious do not rent from her she is nothing but rude and disrespectful!!
