Roaches, roaches, and more roaches! Plus they will suddenly tell you you have to seal your roof, and will write you up if you don’t have time to rake all of your leaves, threaten to evict you if you go above the 15MPH speed limit, etc. Definitely do not recommend!!

lived there for about 6mo-1yr, was told to do own repairs, when inspection came up got kicked out for doing my own repairs..hmm. do not recommend.
