Brookstone Lodge

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This hotel and the staff were a joke. We are frequent travelers and have never been treated so poorly. I now wish I would have booked somewhere else. Upon arrival my husband was told that our room was given away by one of the staff members and they are fully booked and can't help us. We had booked a queen room with a sofa so our child can safely sleep in the sofa without rolling out of bed and we were offered a pack and play instead. First of all I am not going to make my child sleep in a pack and play because the staff is incompetent and cant pay attention when they give out reservations. They are called reservations for a reason, to make sure each client gets the room they have reserved. You don't know what is best for my child so to have a pack and play shoved down my throat as if it were my fault they were out of rooms was very inappropriate. They also offered to give us a $15 voucher for the inconvenience, when we were already supposed to receive a $10 voucher per our reservation anyway and told my husband that the room we were getting was more expensive, when in truth it is a much cheaper room because a standard queen room cannot cost more than a queen room and a sofa bed. Upon arrival to our room, we realized that the bathroom was not cleaned and sanitized as the toilet seat was still up and had feces in it. This place is a total joke! PLEASE STEER CLEAR!

The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable and soft. Four pillows on the bed. Lobby area was attractive and clean. Only negative was that you can hear everything above you and beside you. The sound proofing is not very good. Overall though, it was a good deal for the money.

This is a very clean place, extremely friendly employees. Great location and rates! Will definitely stay again. Loved it!!!

Pretty good price. It was fairly cheap so I didn’t expect anything fancy. Room was nice, but we could literally hear EVERYTHING the guy in the room next to us did. I could literally hear him clear his throat. Very very thin walls. Also there we’re visible stains on the comforter which was pretty gross. Overall not terrible, but not great. It’s okay for a quick one night stay if you’re looking for something cheap.

It was super clean and well kept. Definitely would like to stay here again.
