I love Kroger, but I have had multiple bad experiences using the Starkville Kroger Pharmacy. I picked up prescriptions at night two different times months apart and both times the employees were extremely rude and not helpful. This is by far the worst customer service I have experienced. I have also had a prescription take days to be filled from when I called it in.

The pharmacists and pharmacy techs are smart, efficient, kind and respectful. This is a busy pharmacy, and given the volume of customers they serve, we're amazed by how quickly and accurately they are able to fill scripts. We trust the staff to provide excellent quality service and they always deliver.

Horribly slow, was told they had my information and would have my prescription ready the next day. Came back two days later and still no prescription. The technician who took my prescription did not put my info in when she said she would so now I’m back at square one. Very frustrated and sorely disappointed. I though Kroger was supposed to be better than Walmart.

Terrible service, not getting refills on time, waiting for refills over an hour and not getting refills in said time, not calling the doctors office getting refills, not filling fax refills or having to re-fax refills in a timely matter auto refills not getting attended to as well. Not even a smile or courteous word, no manager call backs, so i called kroger corporate to adress the problem. Getting refills with the wrong rx 3 times since i have been with them. I have been kind and ugly at times to them to serve better yet either way has failed. Elderly and disabled have to walk all the way around because they will not open the nearest door going to the pharmacy. I'm done after about 15 years of business with them. Mr Charles Avery was a great asset and friend as a pharmacists there who retired some time ago. Now since the upgrade to the pharmacy they in my opinion is not efficient and had ample time to utilize the upgrades to the pharmacy.

My Kroger pharmacy in Columbus could not get my medicine for me. I drove to Starkville and went through their drive through window and was very pleased with the service I received. Thank you for the great service and timely manner in which I was served.
