Longest wait time of any pharmacy ever

This has happened several times to me, but today just did it in for me.nI dropped off a prescription to this pharmacy around 10am. The clerk told me that she needed to check to see if they had it in stock, and when she came back she told me they did.nAt 1:00 I still had not heard from the pharmacy, so I called and asked for an update. I was then told that they were out of stock.nSo I have been sitting around for 3 hours for nothing and was not made aware of the issue. I could have taken it to another pharmacy in the meantime and still not be in excruciating pain 3 hours after delivering a prescription.nAgain, this has been an ongoing issue with this pharmacy. There have been several times where a doctor’s office called in a prescription- I wait 5-6 hours and have to call myself to find out they are out of stock.nnI will NEVER use WalMart pharmacy in Starkville again!nZero customer service.

The pharmacy at this location takes dreadfully forever to get your prescriptions filled. There's also typically a lot of people backed up since it's pretty slow. Expect to wait much longer than 30-40 minutes. The pharmacy over at the Neighborhood Market Location has better and nicer pharmacists, and it took like, five minutes or so to get the rest of my medicine there!! I still went back to using CVS though.

This Walmart has always been my least favorite because most of the employees are rude and have no personalities whatsoever and the car service center is ridiculous. But I can say the Pharmacy has always been a great help, and Rochelle is a dedicated employee who went above and beyond to help me get my insurance straight!
