LITERALLY the WORST PHARMACY AROUND. It's like the wild wild west of CVS pharmacies. No one knows what they are doing. The line is out the door. They could care less. They promise prescriptions and then they are NEVER READY when they say they will be. It's truly AWFUL. DO BETTER CVS.

This CVS is so highly incompetent. I’m truly worried for the safety of their patients. They make me want to rip my hair out when they do actually answer the phone but don’t worry about that because most of the time they just let you sit on hold for 25 minutes then hang up :)nAs someone who works in healthcare, I try hard to understaff being short staffed or working with horrible insurance companies but I can’t find an excuse for the extreme lack of help they provide.nThey’re blatantly don’t work on prescriptions they’ve promised then change shift at 3pm and don’t communicate with oncoming pharm techs or pharmacist.nI was able to transfer an Rx from them to Harvard Square CVS and had a MUCH more pleasant experience.nI wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy to a corpse

Pharmacist took time to explain new medication. They're frequently busy, but they take their time with each patient to make sure you feel cared for. Pharmacy team is great

This particular CVS store is not well managed. They have on several occasions dropped the ball on my prescriptions. I call and they promise to have it ready. When i go to pick it up, they tell me they ran out. The lines are long and slow moving to pick up scripts. When you finally get to the counter, they don't have it. I transferred my scripts to Pill Pack. Much easier to deal with. Right now, I have a colonoscopy scheduled for next week. I've been once to pick up Golytely, a laxative. They did not have it. I called today and they told me they ran out and will call me when they have it. Very frustrating. Find another pharmacy!

Store itself is filthy and difficult to navigate. Prices for staples such as milk would make a convenience store blush in shame. Worst pharmacy in the Metro Boston area: common prescription medications are not regularly in stock, staff blames vendors which isn't how it works. Call in a prescription early? Better make it days early and even then, no guarantee. Staff is rude, often non-English-speaking and ignorant.
