Almost everytime I go in this store I encounter employees who are not wearing masks. This is a healthcare store!!! What the hell is wrong with you@!!@
Usually, I have no problem with this place. But Jessica is apparently new in the pharmacy department and is incompetent of refilling a prescription. I would advise to management that they should reconsider their new hire. For a place to make it more stressful to make multiple phone calls and to be put on hold is very time consuming. When it’s the pharmacist job the refill prescriptions.
The staff was very helpful
