Amazing place! The installations are first class. Mini golf course, playground, swimming pools, the surroundings... beautiful views from 2nd floor.
My name is Donnie Heath from TX. I purchased a weekend package at the resort in hopes of getting a time share. When I checked in I was standing at the counter and the gentleman was on the phone. Another guest was behind me and the other receptionist called the guest up. I was Not even helped yet . Then I get checked in and go to my room. I open the door and there was a huge bag of dirty linen, a bag of trash, and a bag of wet clothes.I would Not recommend this resort to any of my family or friends. First impressions are very lasting. I doubt I will be getting a time share at this resort.
For the most part I really enjoyed my stay. Our room was clean and well-stocked. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools but was disappointed that the hot tub wasn't working. I loved the décor especially the fireplaces (although the one in the bedroom didn't work very well), but some things while they look nice don't work well. The sinks sit on top of the counters making them very tall and hard to use and the stone floor in the shower is very hard on the feet. The coffee that is offered in the lobby was empty both days of our stay. But these were just minor inconveniences and they will not detour us from staying here next summer when we come back to Branson.
We absolutely loved starting here. I truly believe we will visit again, and sooner, rather than later!nnEveryone was extremely helpful and kind, from the front office to the restaurant reservations representative.nnThe views in and around the location were amazing, with some of them being awe inspiring!nnWe can't wait to return!
Clean resort. Mr. Ron was very helpful with any questions. Fireplace did not work in presidential suite front desk was not concerned. Basketball courts and swimming pool were open.
