Pine wood derby crew for nascar event today was amazing!! Excellent set up and event overall! Shout out to Thomas who went to find us to give us gift cards, other two team members didn’t have name tags but were equally excellent!
Stayed with a friend so I have no idea what it cost, but the fresh delivered cookies were great, the wilderness theme is executed perfectly and the units are well maintained. The only flaw I saw was that they didnt put maps of the resort in the rooms. It's such a big resort and easy to get lost, a map inside the room would be super helpful, instead of making guests try to find customer service to ask for one.
Awesome place. An amazing attraction.
This company sales people misled us. We purchased a Sampler Package. Only used it twice, we did not get to stay where we requested, there is no debating trying to get them to make this right. This has been a rip off, a scam. We are so disappointed. We would never recommend this company to NO ONE. The sale presentation is all about family, caring, a loving staff, and then thats it. No one cares, we got your money now you deal with it. Ive gone back to 2 more presentations, only to have those sales people tell us how much they hate the Sampler Package, because it is so misleading.
