We stayed on the lake and the setting was beautiful. We found our one bedroom villa to be spacious, quite and very clean.nWe were pleased with how pet friendly the resort was, they even had a gift for our dog.nAll of the staff that we dealt with were professional, helpful and friendly.nThank you we will definitely go back.

Beautiful facility, plenty of amenities for families with children of all ages. 2 docks and boat ramp for the fishing crowd. They are secluded yet close to Branson for shopping, shows and fine dining. All one could ask for in a vacation destination

The noise transfer between units is atrocious. This should have been addressed and corrected during the renovation. I am aware of multiple cost effective materials that would resolve these issues. When I brought this to up the front desk person the response was sad. I was told the cost of correcting the issue was to high for Westgate to invest. I appreciate his honesty. Customer comfort is apparently not a concern at Westgate resorts. I will be sure to steer clear of Westgate resorts in the future and notify family and friends to do the same.nSadly,nPeter Daszkiewicz

Location was nice and room was nice, however we couldn't relax or sleep in because the walls/ floors are super thin.nWe could here everything the neighbors were doing, including opening and closing cabinets, talking, TV, dogs barking and random noises! We could hear their whole conversations and all we wanted to do was sleep in past 7 am and relax during the day. They also left the TV on all night so all you hear are infomercials.

We arrived at past 6PM and the unit wasn't ready yet. We waited for 2 hours to be able to check in. Short staffed. Mentioned that they're working very hard. Yep, getting your room ready until about your early bedtime. They said that they'll refresh the unit on the 4th day of stay if you're staying for 7 days. They didn't. Some kitchen tools are missing. Like something you can use to fry a sunny side up egg. Need to request for laundry soap and soap dish sponge for none is ready. Limited dining dishes. They could improve on having a welcome package like free coffee grounds, sugar and creamer. Like other resorts that we've stayed at many times before. But where it is located at is beautiful. 5 stars for sure. I'm not sure though where to launch your kayak/paddleboard if you bring one. Didn't ask but found out that there's an exclusive for members and time share owners only marina. It would also be good if your unit is facing the lake. Ours is not. They put us in the basement of the building. You'd hear people sneezing or coughing and barking dogs in an adjoining unit. Although they mentioned that there's no pet allowed. You'd smell the food that they're cooking too. There are picnic tables with a view of the lake. There are activities within the area that the resort could offer for families.
