Great shop and amazing people. They voluntarily told me about a small defect in the bike that I'd never have noticed. Ended up buying it anyway after test riding it. Definitely going to go to them for future stuff for their honesty. You can buy a bike anywhere but it's just so comfortable to do it from a trustworthy place.nnOh and did I mention they give 3 years of free tuneups ud83dude31

I had an accident on my brand new bicycle and brought it in to Papa Wheelies Back Bay- Boston. They have a good system with bicycle repairs do to Covid-19. My bike was repaired and I had it back in under a week and that was because I lost the removable front tire and needed to order and have shipped in. Papa Wheelies staff are experts in their craft, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I highly recommend Papa Wheelies and was very impressed overall. Customers, please call ahead before you come by and save time and stress with any bicycle needs.

Papa wheelies is great. They are good buncha guys and gals that love bikes and offer good, affordable service. They’re always happy to teach and I prefer supporting my local store vs shopping on Amazon. The service is worth it

This place is great! They are super helpful and straight forward. I really appreciated that they took the time to answer my questions and clearly explained what was wrong with my bike so that I could make an informed decision about what to fix and when. They were really great about communicating when parts were in, etc and they gave me a really accurate quote. As a young woman, I often go into bike shops and feel like the guys there are trying to show off how much they know and tell me what to do, so I really appreciated that the laid back and friendly atmosphere here.

Fantastic bike shop. Shopped around a few bike stores in the area when buying a bike a last year, and they were by far the most helpful and friendly. They were focused on getting me what I needed and didn't try to upsell me, felt very honest. All my maintenance experiences since then have also been excellent, sales staff and mechanics all super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Overall, a great bike shop that I'm very glad I found
