I often stay here from time to time. I gotta say.. way to go on the newest hire you guys got. She is super helpful and I hadn't seen her before . I know all the girls too and all hard workers But Brittani is pretty awesome any questions I had about the room and or where to go to eat at Not to mention she's actually very pretty amd her dedication it's profound. I'd definitely recommend this place for an over night stay or stay in travel for a few nights. Definitely will be in my top spots to stop now. Thanks!!

This stay was a very odd one for me as I have not been home in along time. Anytime you come back everything is different. Well one thing that I got right there at your hotel was the warmest welcome and made to feel that everyone there was truly happy to have me. Your biggest asset is a wonderful young lady ! Britnee greeted me with an smile and a warm welcome letting me know I truly had come home where people still greet you and are happy to see you. If you ever had an employee you better never let go it is her. Your hotel is nice but the reason you have those stars all rests on the shoulders of that wonderful, friendly, intelligent young woman.

This evening, two employees working at this location cancelled my reservation, refused to allow my mother to make the reservation in her name, yelled and screamed at my mother and called the cops on her because she wanted the managers information to talk to about their behavior. I was on the phone listening to these two women berate my mother because she was trying to clarify I wouldn't be charged nearly $90 dollars for the cancelled reservation.nnWhile there are different policies and rules associated with third party reservations, the mere fact they were able to cancel my reservation without charging me indicates they were lying to my mother when they said they could NOT do anything with an online reservation.nnThe absolute WORST part of this, my two young children were present. They are tired. Traveling. And kids. The staff wouldn't allow them to wait in the lobby the one to two hours it was going to be before I made it to the hotel. They refused to allow my Mom into the room I reserved because I was not there with my ID.nnA little more understanding by your employees would be awesome. As well as some training on how to not escalate a situation to the point you're screaming at a customer calling the cops on a Grandmother with her two young Grandkids present is needed.nnDefinitely lost a customer. Waiting on a call back from corporate to inform them of what their employees did.

This beautiful place was an EXCELLENT Stay... I slept so well that I noticed my bed at home is absolutely Terrible!! But I will definitely book again... I have nothing bad to say except I missed jumping in the gorgeous outdoor pool and I also missed grabbing the number of the the girl with the right arm tattoo.. Hi *wink...nThank you to the staff and the architect that designed this place... I will stay again..

I sent my wife down to complain bc I was having an asthma attack due to the smell of weed from the other side however, when my wife approached the counter Friday night she was appointed by two employees one being male and one being female. My heater was also broken. So as she started to complain the girl whom I believe is Brittany was able to help us out with the heater situation and took care of the issue with the smell of weed. She was absolutely patient and and just over all nice gal. I even had my wife place me on the phone with her. So ill give it a 5 star bc she was so easily ready to help fix the issues and make our stay just a little better. Had it not been fixed or her being so nice and understanding of our issues we would have checked out and wanted out money back. Thanks for making our stay better!
