Where my Nana has lived for a very long time ! It's a nice quiet peaceful park located behind beautiful sequiota park !
We had to call them about everything regarding our application, only for them to try and say I have no credit therefore cannot move in even though the application was approved. Will not let me show them proof of credit and are now dodging our calls. They just scam you out of your money.
Completely unprofessional. I'd like Lisa to know that it is very bad business to assure someone that you'll get back to them after you take their applications and money only to totally ghost them after and ignore the calls. Even if you choose not to rent to that person, it is professional and respectful to call and tell them that you are not and why. Don't be scared, just grow up and be honest with people, not take their money and ghost them. You claim to be running a business. Act like it please.
So you call and talk with and tell them a head of time you don't have Credit NA say that won't keep you from getting rented to so you pay the 60 for background check just for them to tell you your credit score is too low to be rented to even with 7 years of good credit are good rental history to me that is nothing but thieves and scammers
