Upgraded to a new bike for the first time in 15 years- I went in with no knowledge and they were so patient and helpful. They helped me narrow down my needs and made me feel completely comfortable, I was nervous after having just left a nearby shop that was rushing me out. I love my new ride and taking it out. Huge thanks to this awesome team.
Takes an awfully long time for them to service my bike. They said it would be done in one day, but then turned out it took them 4 days to simply replace some pedals.
Awesome experience, I will definitely be back! Met with Doug, wicked nice guy. He was super helpful, really knowledgeable, and gave me some tips/things to look out for.
Extremely helpful and friendly service - will definitely return. I recommend going on a weekday morning if you can, the lines was very short.
