Not the way you want to start the New Year, 1-1-21. Had to go to Urgent Care for a tooth infection. My prescription for antibiotics was sent to the one CVS, this one, that was open. Unfortunately there was a problem with my insurance. The staff here went above and beyond to get the issue resolved. I especially would like to call out the pharmacist, Brian and the techs, Renee and Alex. I can't thank them enough!

Really bad customer service especially at the window. I even had a lady tear my papers up and throw them in the trash. She was very nasty. She said you forgot your papers, i turned around she rolled her eyes and crumbled them up before I returned to the register. I guess they just hire anyone there.

Google is unable to change their hours because they can not be verified. My husband entered their door at 8am. The clerk never told him the were closed, never greeted him, just called the police. We are from out of town and relied on Google hours. My daughter was horribly ill and we we exhausted. The cops had my husband freeze and put his hands in the air. You can read the details below in my other post. Someone from that area or store should change the hours. Google requested a picture of the hours. I'm definitely not driving five hours to ever go to that CVS again.

If I could give this place negative 1 million stars, I would. You will NEVER get a prescription that you want on the first try. Please spare yourself and don’t waste your time with this useless establishment, it’s time you will never get back.
