Very polite employees. Great rooms. Very quite. And they have a security/special police company named Maximum Protection Services and Loss Prevention. All the security and special police officers are very polite, respectful, professional. They respond immediately to all situations and incidents. They are very well trained to hand any and all types of situations you can image. You will diffently know you and your love ones are safe when the security and special police officers are on property working.
Be careful. The office smelled of weed. Not once but twice when I went in there. No one else was in there. Just me and the two workers. It's a bit noisy with loud music from cars pulling in. The room is smaller then what the pictures appear. The water pressure in the shower was good. The bed was comfortable. I would stay there if it was the last and only hotel left. Good luck.
Really good customer service, she looked out for us and our last minute getting a room. We got a upgrade room and it was awesome, clean really good and the room was so nice. We are staying there every time we are in B-more.
Do not stay here. When I walked into the lobby, it reeked of pot smoke, and the area was mostly sealed off from where the employee was, so they had obviously just been smoking behind the desk. After checking in and getting to my non-smoking room, I opened the door and was greeted by the stench of cigarettes. To top it off, the sheets were dirty too.nnObviously, I didn't stay there. Got a refund for the room and went to another hotel that was actually clean.
Room smelled of smoke. Did not appear safe. Wasn't clean, but was a budget airport hotel so I kind of expected that. Had been traveling from OK and paid for the room so I stayed. They charged my credit card more than the confirmation/reservation was for. Then they charged me again two weeks later for almost 50 dollars with no explanation. I called them and was hung up on multiple times with no answer.
