My second time here in 2019 was amazing!! I love Wendy!!! Cozy and Comfy stay with my fiancé we enjoyed it very much. We will be coming back soon.

We stayed in the Tuscan Suite and had a wonderful time. Very comfortable room, tastefully decorated, and the perfect setting to celebrate our 28th wedding anniversary. Wendy is wonderful. Breakfast was delicious, and she made us feel very welcome. Plus, the location is super convenient to downtown, the mall, hiking, and the water!

I stayed there for a week and I made the right choice! Wendy, the owner, is a wonderful person and a great cook with other talents. The bedroom is comfy, clean, and has a little refrigerator. It comes with a nice view of the gardens. Hazel is a gorgeous doggy, I got attached to her already!nThe house location is very convenient to place of sites around. I recommend enjoying the birds eating & singing as you eat your breakfast in the sunroom. Highly recommended.

Just stayed here for a week and can say it was a truly peaceful and wonderful experience. The grounds are extensive and beautifully maintained. Flowers, fruit trees, gardens, meadow, forest and water are all available for your enjoyment! Wendy is one of the sweetest ladies you'll ever meet and does an amazing job of making you feel comfortable- not to mention she is an amazing cook! Her breakfast menu is stellar and we were fortunate enough to try most of the items- if you like savory, try the Rosti's, or if you like sweet, try the Blueberry French Toast Casserole.... The location is super convenient for a trip into Downtown Annapolis and not too far from Route 50, if you need to head to D.C. or the Eastern Shore. Try it, you will not be sorry!

Lovely B&B nestled just outside of downtown Annapolis. Easy to get to downtown but far enough away to enjoy the quiet. The rooms were very comfortable and breakfast was delicious!
