Fantastic! A 5 star hotel for Motel-6 prices = $74 p/night in Annapolis, MD.

The manager, Alexis, is extremely professional and courteous. She executes and delivers the highest standards through customer service; not to mention with a beautiful smile! I am in property management, myself, and a mother of two college students. I understand how important and valuable it is to have a good work ethic and lead by example. I also want to praise Bonnie, as well, for helping make my multiple stays here fantastic! I would highly recommend this hotel.

I was thrilled when I found out Annapolis had a residence inn to stay for our fishing trip , but unfortunately this is not your regular residence inn. When you get in the hallway there was a strong strange smell. When we got in our room it was okay, but I could tell it needed a lot of work done still to them. I found out it use to be an apartment complex and now it makes sense. The room wasn’t that clean to begin with. There was even dust on the phone. When it was time for bed we went to go lay down and boom.... A BUG! The was crawling by the pillows. Thank god I didn’t not have my suitcase on the beds or anything. There was also a blood stain on the sheet. We immediately went down to the office. The manager was nice and gave us back are reward points for the inconvenience and gave us a new room. Upon the new room they put us in that room was gloomy, dirty, but I was too tired and said the heck with it because we had to be up at 3:45am to go fishing. I kept waking up every hour to make sure I was not bitten in this new room. Thank god we didn’t. I just didn’t enjoy this place like all the other residence inns that we have stayed at. My fiancé is a gold member and now that I think about it we didn’t even get a welcome bag like the others places give us. I just don’t recommend staying here. Save yourself the headache book at another Marriott hotel brand.

Absolutely disappointed. The hotel staff were vere unprofessional and rude. They were also deceiving. I will never go there again.

The room was very clean and well kept. The kitchen appliances worked like new. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the staff at the front desk. The staff was curt and spoke with an unfriendly tone. An improvement in their attitude could make the overall experience feel more positive.
