I visited last week for the first time since this became a Walgreens location. It is beautiful inside. Like new! The staff I encountered were nice despite the stresses of the pandemic. I will be back!

This place is great! If you like waiting nearly an hour for a prescription that was supposed to be ready before you showed up, dealing with pharmacy reps who treat you like they would rather be doing ANYTHING ELSE on the planet, regularly not getting prescriptions filled because they don't have what you need, being hung up on multiple times after sitting on hold for 5, 10 minutes or longer, than this is the pharmacy for you.nnDon't get me started on when they actually manage to get a prescription in and send you five or more automated phone calls

Don’t count on them to do what they say! I’ve been 3 different things from three different ppl!! I had zero issues when it was Rite Aid!! Stay clear from this place unless you like being frustrated! I don’t usually leave reviews but felt the need to save someone from Walgreens.

The pharmacy staff seems inept and confused. Occasionally, they have acted like they would rather not deal with me. They have not communicated effectively with me. I have called to have a prescription moved from another pharmacy and when it was never filled, I had to call back multiple times for them to tell me they could not refill it because it had expired. By then I was out of the medication. I am now transferring my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. It should not be this hard.

Can we please have RiteAid back? I have never had such a bad experience with a pharmacy. I understand your busy, I get it, but don't tell me it's going to be 30 minutes then tell me 15 more minutes... Just to then tell me I'm better off coming tomorrow. Oh wait and when I call the next day I'm told it might be another hour or even later that afternoon.nnCustomer service is setting realistic expectations. If you think it's going to take a day just say that to begin with.
