Walgreens Pharmacy

Worst treatment by a pharmacist I’ve ever encountered. I’ve filed formal complaints with corporate, Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs. I received and paid for my prescription on 1/5/20 and had a three month refill on another prescription for my thyroid. I received a message on 1/14/20 stating my prescription was ready for refill (thyroid), they called me and asked me if I had received my other prescriptions that I picked up on 1/5/20. I stated I received those and that the new refill was for a different medication. The pharmacist stated that the pharmacy tech didn’t close out one of my medicines, but I already received it (with proof of date and bank payment date). When I called to have my refill for the 1/5/20 prescription the pharmacist stated it was too early because I had it refilled on 1/14/20. I told her specifically about the error we spoke about two weeks prior and that I had proof they made the error but she did not care. I have a completely titanium spine with broken hardware and have battled cancer THREE times. This is unacceptable, unethical, unprofessional and this pharmacist lacked any understanding or compassion. She didn’t care at all about fixing and verifying THEIR error! I’m waiting for corporate to return my call. I’ve spoken to my doctor and they stated if it’s not resolved tomorrow (when I’ll be out of my prescription) he will send my prescriptions to a more reputable pharmacy. Apparently I’m one of many with the same issue with this pharmacy. I wouldn’t recommend anyone having prescriptions filled here. Save the headache, stress and search for a pharmacy that cares.

I feel like I live in this place. I love all the girls at the pharmacy. They are all so very nice. I am at the pharmacy at least two to three times a week. Sometimes two or three times a day depending on when my prescriptions are ready for pickup.

I absolutely love Walgreens. I go there at least twice a week. An the girls at the pharmacy are wonderful.

I've had nothing but issues here, between constantly deleting the wrong prescription but refilling one I don't use anymore, and never getting electronic prescriptions, I've had problem after problem.
