I work for a medical office and I never understood why the pharmacy fax number is not on the voice mail? I was on hold for 18 min just to get the fax number. Good thing the patient was not in any real trouble.

This is the one, folks. I moved down from Pennsylvania and have gone through 3 other CVS's to find one with the same quality and customer service I had become accustomed to there. This one is great! Well lit, clean, and the staff is so helpful.

The actual CVS store is always stocked with what I need and the employees always very friendly. But, the customer service in the pharmacy is a completely different story. They won’t acknowledge you and when they do it’s always with an attitude. Being a tech previously, I can understand being understaffed, but your customer service doesn’t have to be non-existent. This is the second time I’ve been to this pharmacy and have been told to come back tomorrow when my medication is promised on the day I’ve been there due to someone not knowing how to work the system. I’ll be transferring my prescription to another pharmacy after I pick up the last of my meds they’ve already started working on.

Terrible over the phone pharmacy experience...very unprofessional. This is the last time I will ever use CVS. They had me on hold for 40 mins just to give them my insurance card. I was in really need of my prescription and they were no help at all.

Excellent customer service! Also love that there is a kiosk that allows you to check for any coupons as well as price checking
