The absolute worst pharmacy. This CVS needs to hire a completely new staff. This was my last time going there.

It’s just a terrible pharmacy. They are NEVER ready when they say they will be, I often have to go back multiple times, even though I call, and it always takes HOURS to get anything filled, even if it’s an emergency.

Hands down the worst pharmacy in the area, but they are the only 24-hour pharmacy around. There are always issues with my refills, the pharmacy technicians are rude and don’t even act like they want to be there and need to learn how to be professional, they never answer their phone, and pharmacists just stand behind the counter and ignore customers. Some one really needs to step in and clean house here!

if i could put zero i would the pharmacist (blondish/brown hair, white 30something) will find out her name soon as she literally just laughed at me at the window and said she couldn't fill my prescription evernthough i had the dr script - i have been going here for YEARS and have stuck up for them when my family and friends said that Crofton, MD CVS is the worse well i am leaving and it's not all the employees because i have had nice ones in the past but the pharmacist working that day was horrible, unprofessional and just mean...the management needs to do something about this public relations nightmare there as i see there are so many other negative reviews on here!
