We came in from Illinois, for a funeral and this Hotel was in the perfect location.nThe lounge area was clean and beautiful.nThe room was clean, of course COVID stop breakfast, but the workout facility was open.nEveryone was very nice and the price was right.
Absolutely no reason for the pool to be closed you get free breakfast but breakfast is disgusting and in bags ice machine didn't work and hot water was warm
The best Western is it own by Black ppl and the hotel was nice and clean
Me and my husband and daughter and Grandbaby stay here for 4days it’s was very clean and the ppl was really nice,only thing breakfast was bag to go cause COVID 19 and I understand thatud83eudd70I will stay here again keep up the good work.
Stayed here for two nights the first night I was placed in a double and had to get moved because of roach issues in the room. The next room I was placed in had a toilet leak and the toilet would overflow once flushed. I contacted fd about the toilet issue and they said they would send someone but I called back a hour later and didn’t get a answer. This will be my last time booking here. To say the hotel is under new construction it’s a mess doesn’t even have vending or drink machines.
