We were really nervous about the hotel because of the reviews, but it was actually really great. Staff was very nice. Only missing an extra star because room service never came, but they did bring towels up when I called the office for them. No roaches, no bad smells, and warm water the entire stay! Don’t mind the bad reviews, this place was great!

Do not stay here. Criminals were bold to burst out 5 cars windows in the front parking lot of hotel. I spoke to the manager today about security and he said security was on site when the break-ins happened. Security may have something to do with the break-ins. My vehicle was not safe at this location. So we had to leave and our check out time was for the next day. Also, the room was not clean. Bloodstains on my bed covers. Stains on the carpet...bathroom door is too close to toilet. Not enough towels...coffee machine dirty. Hotel needs to be renovated...the back parking lot looks easy to steal out of cars.

Our rooms were disgusting and everyone parked in the back of the hotel had their cars broken into. There is no security or security cameras that work. The staff told no one. When we woke up the next day to check out, we were told on our way out. This made us furious and confused as to why the staff didn’t tell us before hand because we had some where to be. None of the staff told us our vehicle was broken into. The police were called 2 hours before we discovered our vehicle had been broken into by another resident of the hotel. Although, the police didn’t actually show up until 2 hours later.nnThe hotel manager acted clueless and was not helpful at all. He waited to tell people their cars were broken into when they came to checkout. When we asked for the hotel’s insurance, he said he did not know. We had to ask for towels, tape, scissors, and cloth to get the glass out of our seats and cover our window.nnWe finally got ahold of the business’ customer service number to tell them about our situation. Unfortunately, they hung up on us mid call.nnThis is hotel needs to be closed down.nnI do not recommend at all. Please be careful.

Nice room and a good rate. Very spacious. I kept having problems with my room key. They said try not to have it close to my credit cards. Where else would I put it? Good stay though
