The new owners and management make living here a nightmare. I've lived here for twenty years and I am desperate to leave. There is no screening of potential residents and that coupled with no security lighting make the park dark and dangerous.They control the water rates for the park which makes for a high a utility bill, and they seem to be turning the park into a rent to own community which means a large turnover and strangers roaming the park. The caretakers are not skilled and are not uniformed so you don't know who's in your yard. There are stay pets that frighten guests. In short if you are picky about where you live look elsewhere.

The new owners are really improving the park. New staff is great and the property is finally getting cleaned up
