Great location, it was close to everything. For the price it's very clean and up to date throughout the hotel. Friendly staff no matter how swamped they may get with check-ins. Will be staying here again on the next trip to MA.
Still waiting on the deposit to be placed back on my card also was charged $42 for something but didnt get any kind of food or beverage from the front desk. I paid for room in advance then I was told by front desk guy I needed to swipe my card for the deposit but all in all I got charged $156.60 then got charged $42 then I just looked i got another charge for $15.25 and mind you I paid for this hotel 2 months ago. Was a nice place but id like to see all that money back
The property itself is great but I was really impressed with the staff.
Beautiful hotel lobby, clean and modern rooms, very nice staff.
I constantly stop by getting some food in here. I loved the fast customer service and well cooked dishes. Keep up the good work.
