Such nice hotel staff. Rooms were dated but clean. I'd stay here again
One of the managers - Jonathan - was so pleasant to me from start to finish! The room was clean, all the staff were helpful. Would recommend!
Ive been several times now. It has grown on me. The woman behind the desk is very warm and inviting. She'll at least ask at checkout 'How your stay was. Thankyou youre a rare breed and a jewel to your employer.
Friendly staff. Clean comfortable rooms. Our phone didn't work and the air conditioner didn't shut off when temperature was met. Due to Covid19 breakfast was to go which we weren't aware of before hand. But all things considered I would go there again
Very gross! Filthy dirty! Food splatters all over the carpet and ceiling in our room. Thick dust all over. No one wearing masks except when we made a big deal about it and still see the staff and many guests not wearing them until they see my family then quickly put them on. Even though it's state law! The rooms and lobby have a very bad smell of stale smoke and dirty feet! Very disappointed.... We usually love IHG hotels. But this is the worst one I've ever seen. Offered to change rooms, but it was no better and required using the only elevator which was being used continuously by lots people not wearing a mask!
