Best Western Plus Deridder Inn & Suites

Worst hotel ever! Me and my husband are from Texas were trying to get a nice hotel to stay for a couple of days since we are here because of his work, since this is the most expensive hotel we assumed it was going to be the best but we were wrong, as soon as we walked in the hotel room it had a fishy bad smell that we tried to remove but we clearly couldn’t, the toilet was broken & wasn’t able to flush the way it’s supposed to, and our major problem was that when we tried to take showers we weren’t able to because there wasn’t hot water, we tried to make it work for a while but nothing. That is the only thing we mostly were worry about because my husband works & he comes out tired the only thing he needs is to take his showers after his work & paying too much per night & not been able to do what is suppose to be normal is not ok.nWhen I went to the lobby & tried to ask the lady in the front why there wasn’t hot water she told me it was a city problem & that there was nothing that could be done that the city was working on it because the whole city was out of hot water & I asked her how that was going to be possible there was no way & she said that it was going to be back in a couple of hours, we were there for two days & no hot water. I asked her for a refund & she got mad she said she couldn’t do that & was talking to me in a very rude way. They were still letting people going in without telling them what was happening with the building. Never going back to that hotel worst service ever!!

The bed is fairly comfortable and they keep the rooms clean but the water pressure in the shower kind of sucks. Other than that its been a pleasant experience.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and competitive prices. They're also doing extremely well coping with the high volume of guests post-Laura for a small-town hotel. Absolutely outstanding, as far as I'm concerned.

No house keeping for 2 days stay nite clerk though towls and soap and shampoo and toilet paper was coming out of her pocket day clerk was Great .....
