Last summer I had Advantage replace my back porch roof (enclosed) well when the rains started around Thanksgiving it was leaking, I went to them and took a while to get someone to come look at it and they put some silicon on it and left. Well it stilled leaked and had to get them back out there and they put more silicon on it again, still leaked and I had to get them to come again with me talking to the owner this, he said they would get it fixed and they came out again and worked on it some more. You got it still leaked, so I went to see them again and this time I was told that someone would be there on a Friday morning about 9:30, well at 10:30 I went back to see them and was told that the guy was letting it dry for a while so I went back home and waited,( as I took off work) well at 4:00 I called and was told that they were letting it dry for the weekend, so the next week came and still nobody called or anything,( they don't like to call customers they want you to call them) so I got someone else to help me fix the roof before it did damage to my house and contacted them for the repair cost and was told it was not going to happen. so I guess it is like the other guy said once they have your money it is like don't bother me no more even through I gave you a guarantee. So I would tell any one not to use these people.
