We had a wonderful experience with Albert with OC roofing! He was always available and would text us or call us back immediately to answer questions. The whole roofing process from start to finish was stress free. We felt that Albert gave us expert and honest advice! Our roof looks great!! From first communication through the actual installation everything was done exactly as Todd stated. I did not have to guess or wonder what the status was. The roof installation is beautiful and definitely added value to my house. I m very pleased with the results.
Todd and OC roofing did a great job on our hail damaged roof. No issues getting the new roof approved through insurance, they arrived at 7 am sharp and had a crew of 7 men working on our roof and didn't leave a single piece of trash behind. Not even a broken flower stem. Highly recommend!
Brad came out to inspect my roof for previous hail damage. He found significant strikes, enough to contact insurance company. He came back a second time to satisfy insurance company. Climbed around again on back and side to verify damage. He worked with me, insurance adjuster got my claim approved. A day was set to begin, they arrived at 7:15 am, it was 29 degrees. On the roof at 7:25, roof stripped by 8:40 to wood. They replaced 2 rotten areas. The roof was completed by 2:30, they had 14 people working. I have found no damage to anything, not the first piece of shingle and only 1 nail. The cleaned was great, you would have never known they were there. I am 100% satisfied.
OC Roofing is amazing! We worked with Jesse. He made the whole insurance process quick and painless! Helped us start a claim, showed up with the adjuster, got everything approved and got our roofs replaced very quickly! Crew was amazing and cleaned up every piece of trash and nails. Very pleased with OC!
