I called for a refill on my blood pressure medication. I was told that it would be ready in a couple of hours. I decided to give them the entire day to fill my prescription so i waited until the following day to pick up my meds. When I arrived at the drive through and gave my name, I was told after several minutes that the drug was placed on back order and l will receive a phone call when the medication arrives. That was 5 days ago. This is the second time I have had to experience such inadequate services at this pharmacy. If I could rate my experience with zero stars, I would.

I have been coming to this location for 15 YEARS and all was great with Miss Beverly and Randy every customer was happy but they replaced Ms Beverly and Randy and are no longer here for their great customer service which they used to provide theres now a new pharmacist who replace them and so far not that good. The people behind the counter are great but service lacks!! The entire team knew who I was and was very polite to me. I have lost members Who either decided to quit or go to another location Tracy, Reed & others, knew my name and always used to greet me and it seems like they always go the extra step with customer service. I keep having the same problem with my medication monthly they are out of it. Now miss Beverly works at the Jackson location.... I have sent my daughter to pick up my medication last week or the week before and it was raining so hard they decided to shut and lock the drive-through window because of rain, as to theirninconvenience my daughter had to go inside because of this inconvenience…the lines are terrible. The new pharmacist is not polite and some other people have to wait in line due to such ...

I went to this particular location because it is closer to me. Went in looking for CBD products, that they advertise on their outdoor signs. I was greeted right away when I walked in. I needed help to get the items I needed since they were in a locked case. There was a staff member right there and offered to open the case for me. Gave me some information about some of the products that they offer. They just started selling CBD bath bombs; I bought the stress reliever one and it was amazing. They have a lot of other items in their store as well. Lots of good gift ideas for all occasions. As I was checking out, that staff member was nice and friendly. The prices were reasonable and on sale!! The offer CBD gummies, bath bombs, coffee, tea and other products. I will go back!
