I was looking for a roofing company for my parents who had extensive hail damage. They are elderly and it was important for this roof replacement to be stress-free without any surprises during the roof replacement. Little did I know, there would be one surprise after another working with Todd and Westbrook Roofing. I was very surprised at how consistently prompt they were, how well they communicated, how hardworking, how knowledgeable, how skilled, how dedicated, and the consistent over and beyond attitude from start to finish. This is hands down the best contractor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Todd worked very hard to provide all the information the insurance company needed. He often did work the adjuster should have done. From the very beginning, I felt my parents were in good hands, and Todd proved over and over that he is honest, fair, and will do nothing less than a top-notch job. He and his crew aim for perfection. I highly recommend that you throw out all the other roofing contractor contacts, because the only one you need is Todd and Westbrook Roofing. You will be so glad you trusted your roof to this company.

Todd came out and assessed my gutter replacement, made a temporary repair, and then provided me with a very reasonable estimate. He suggested a change in gutter color that significantly enhanced the appearance (and value) of my home. The job was scheduled within a reasonable time and, get this, THEY SHOWED UP WHEN PROMISED. The job was completed in one day including tear-off materials hauled away. If you have repair or replacement needs at your home, do yourself a favor and call Westbrook Roofing and Home Repair in Loganville. You will be pleased that you did.

We had a leak and weren't sure it was the roof. We had a couple of contractors come out and we chose Todd. When he came he was more concerned about finding the cause of the leak. Once he found it he inspected the roof and we made a decision to just replace it, not just fix the area.nThe damage had started at our skylights. Todd fixed the damage caused by the leaks. He didn't stop there. He fixed the interior and made sure it was painted and looked finished. The crew was easy to communicate with and Todd was on the job the whole time. He continually checked the work and made a few corrections. Our yard was cleaned up the same day, but Todd still came out the next day to check for any missed nails and to review the work. He has stopped by a few times to make sure everything is fine.nI wouldn't hesitate to use Todd again, and I recommend him to you.

My name is Ron Westbrook and I am in no way related to Todd or associated with Westbrook Roofing And Remodeling. As a matter of fact I did not use this company to install my new roof back in March of 2019.n(BIG MISTAKE) However, after using a better and cheaper roofing company my roof leaked for about 13 months in a very serious way, My original company gave up on the leaks and vanished. I then called in two other EXPERT companies to do the repairs and neither could find the leaks much less fix them. A month or so went by with sheet rock downnand buckets in my great room to catch water when it rained. My phone rings and it's an old friend that I told about my problem. He tells me that he had just installed a roof and the contractor was the best he has ever seen. Coming from a house builder that is not a bad recommendation.nI called Todd and the rest is history. Bottom line is if you need a roof why would you not call TODD.? Why not start with the best instead of ending with the best like I did??
