The service is excellent as always. It’s a great place to stay and the Front Desk personnel always takes care of everything.

I’ve lived at the apartments for just under 2 years. I love the staff and the maintenance crew. Friendly, helpful and down to earth. Recently, I’ve had an issue with neighbors playing music too loud. I live on the second floor and have never had an issue with noise, ever. Yes, their is the occasional walking but that is normal and you don’t notice that. Lately, I’ve had a hard time getting work done with music blaring during the day. I work at home and it’s difficult doing calls with clients with there is a base blaring and I have to make up some excuse. I wish the staff would send out reminders to our tenants about noise levels during the day. I don’t want to have to go to the bathroom to make calls all the time. I’ve heard the same thing from other folks at here as that have the same issue.

I’m a current resident here and I cannot rave enough about the staff and facility. The apartments are clean, tidy and very well kept. Moving in was easy breezy and the location is one I am happy with. The staff are equally as great; very friendly and extremely responsive. 10/10 would recommend! I’ve never rented a place where ownership treats you like friends rather than tenants.

I've enjoyed my time here at the apartments. They are at a great location and staff is friendly and super nice. They know you by name when you drop off the rent check which makes you feel valued a bit. My one complaint is that I wish that management would send out policy reminders regarding noise levels to residents like they've done in the past about garbage and parking. I understand living on the first floor you will hear noise(walking, occasional talking etc) which I'm absolutely okay with. What I've not been okay with is the noise level my upstairs neighbors play their music/TV. We can feel the base in the walls and our windows rattle a bit. It feels as though someone is doing construction upstairs with a big machine. This is an everyday thing and it goes on until nearly midnight. I think residents should be reminded of this because it's against the policy which we all sign, its also very disrespectful towards others. I know a few other residents who have the same issue as well.

If I could give more than 5 Stars, I would! This is a place is a hidden gem in Salt Lake County. I have moved here in August and I am very impressed with the management and the staff. My family and I are currently in a one-bedroom furnished apartment which helps us greatly. From the beginning the management has been helpful and answering all my questions that we've had. Also anytime we've had a maintenance issue, the maintenance staff has come and actually fix the issue. So what my family needed at the time, River Oaks has fit the bill!
