Marriott gonna Marriott. Residence Inn is perfect if you need a little larger room or a place for an extended stay. I think Marriott has updated all of the bedding because the mattresses are super comfortable and have been consistently better across the stays that we've had over the last couple of years. Breakfast was lacking because it was grab and go and we appreciated that they were doing what they could with the social distancing rules that are in place, just make sure you're not counting on it. Front desk was super considerate to us and the people around us by moving us to a room that didn't have neighbors because we were concerned that our toddler would be loud enough to bother those around us.
Good for a business hotel. For families not as much. The 2 bedroom makes it a lot better for a family.
Gave it a 3 star because our room was not fully clean which we could tell by stuff on the floor. Kind of gross during COVID.
Also the TV was unhooked in the attached bedroom and cable left in a completely different room. Luckily I have a tech background and figured out how to get it all back together so our kids could watch TV.
The room was wonderful. It was clean, and comfortable. The front desk staff was wonderful. Check-in was very quick and directions were clear. The hide-a-bed was broken or something. They sent a maintenance person who tried to remedy the situation, but it appeared that the bed was broken, unbeknownst to them. He brought two rollaway beds to the room and things worked out perfectly. Breakfast was as good a Covid-affected hotel breakfasts can be. The friendly staff was the best part. They did everything to make sure we got whatever we wanted. Great place to stay!
First time at this location. Great staff! Comfortable room. Two fitness rooms, good location. Again, the staff shows their appreciation and will go the extra mile. Recommended.
John who brought extra blankets was so nice and accommodating, pleasant, and funny, made our stay even nicer. The rooms are nice and beds are comfortable, only issue was the breakfast, the milk was chunky. I know due to COVID-19 they can't have the buffet, but a little extra work on the breakfast would be nice.
