The hotel was super clean and the staff had taken extra precautions due to Covid-19 which helped keep my mind at ease. They wrapped up the essentials in the room such as the remote and offered free water and coffee. The rooms had a fridge, microwave, and all of the other essentials. They have a bar, pool, lobby, cafeteria area, and more. Would recommend.
Awesome hotel. Very clean and covid standard practices. Friendly staff and great fitness center and pool. Highly recommend, best value for a luxury hotel in this area.
This is our favorite hotel in Sandy and we enjoy coming back. The rooms are the cleanest of most Hilton properties in the area. Shout out to the fantastic housekeeping staff! The pool is open 24 hours which is really convenient. Everyone we’ve encountered is always so helpful and we have never had a bad experience with anyone. The small shop located by the front desk is quite unique and I would recommend checking out all the cool stuff they have to offer!
It took a long time to get hot water in the shower, the television required the remote to be 2' or shorter away from the TV for it to work, the blinds broke. But, it was very clean, most of the staff was super friendly, and the price was reasonable. I'd stay here again, but I'd have lower (more appropriate) expectations next time.
I love this Hilton Garden Inn. Its one of my favorites the staff are fun and very helpful. The front desk manager Tyler is awesome and the Keith the night staff is also great. The girls in the daytime Crystal and Amanda are also very helpful and made my day and stay a whole lot better then it already was. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff was helpful to every need i had. The food is good so I will most defiantly will be staying here again.
