I interviewed and got quotes from several roofing companies after a storm damaged my roof. After much research I decided to go with Ridge Valley since they have been a business a long time and had great references. I was also very pleased with their rep, Adam. He was very honest and responsive. The work was done timely and the crew did a great job on installation and cleanup. The office was very easy to work with in terms of scheduling and working with me to file the insurance claim and receive payment. A special thank you to Nancy in the office for her patience! There are a lot of roofing companies to choose from but I'm glad I went with Ridge Valley. I feel like they stand behind their work and will be there in the future in case there is an issue.
A friend of mine provided me with the information to contact Ridge Valley to assess the condition of my roof. I had one company come prior to that, but did not feel good about the presentation of the job. Daniel Robinson took as much time as needed to explain everything from start to finish. He was very professional and attentive to all needs. He worked with the insurance company to have my roof replaced. The crew doing the house was quick and efficient, as well as very accommodating. Tyler, the project manager, provided live updates and explained any and all procedures. Cleanup was very good and the roof looks amazing. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for repairs to your roof.
Let me start by saying that Ridge Valley did a great job installing our roof and it is a great product! We are very happy with our new roof, and they did a good job working with our insurance company. This made it very easy for me to get money from the insurance company and then pass it on to Ridge Valley.nnOur situation was a bit different in that we had two people managing the project, one a trainee. Dan did a great job showing me the video of our roof condition and the need for replacement. Joe, the trainee, stepped in when Dan had some family health issues, and became more the front man. Joe had a few issues at our contract signing, but I said at the time it was a great learning opportunity for him! On the day of the installation my understanding was Dan would be at the sight, but he was in a meeting in Virginia and totally out of the picture. Joe came by for a while but had a meeting in Raleigh. My observation from all of this is that it's a great company whose employees seem a bit over committed. Dan and Joe are both super nice guys and I don't mean anything personally against them. Both are highly committed to the product they sell. I would highly recommend the company and it's product.
Daniel Robinson provided oversight of 3 total roof replacements for our Condominium Community. He was always very responsive to all requests and delivered everything he promised. His crew was very thorough and did excellent job start to finish. We will definitely use Ridge Valley Exteriors in the future and highly recommend them to others.
Great company and great guys. They helped me every step of the way. I was skeptical at first because they just showed up at my door but they do this for a living and knew what insurance would do for my wind-damaged and very old roof. Bill and Bobby were very accessible by phone or in person and made extra sure to think of my napping children and loud dogs when coming and going. The ladies at the office were helpful as well. We were very happy with the finished product. You should give them a chance if you are skeptical too and see what they can do-
