***edit***nMy issue was with the attitude of a staff member. I am not a disgruntled previous employee. I am STILL a paying customer with a right to express and share my poor experience. There have been SEVERAL, and under the circumstances Lacyes has decided to target this review. They actually wanted me to take it down, and address my issues personally with management. It is tacky to argue with a customer, and assume that this review is out of spite.nnVery rude and incompetent staff. Customer service is a JOKE. Just spoke with a tech, who had the worst attitude. Bad day or not, this is a branch of healthcare- over the phone or in person, you're dealing with PATIENTS, and the woman I just delt with absolutely needs a new profession.
