These guys are wonderful to deal with. The owner is very kind and willing to help out in any way. They carry nice equipment in all price ranges and aren't pushy. I would highly recommend them.
Called to get pricing on a bike very honest and nice customer service
Adam, the owner, has always been super helpful and easy to work with every time I have had to bring my bike into the shop. A couple weeks go my DI2 derailleur broke and although I had not bought the bike from his shop, he called Ultegra and got the parts for me covered under warranty. He has also helped on several occasions when there were small minor things that i needed done and did not charge me that other shops wouldn't have likely done. Would definitely recommend this as the best bike shop in Carrollton.
We had our first visit to the shop yesterday to drop off wheels to have new tubes installed. We got there maybe 15 minutes before they closed...we told them we could come pick up the wheels whenever they were ready. They told us they'd be happy to do it while we waited (WOW!).nnThey also invited us to join them on some of their group rides.nnEveryone there was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Their prices were fair as well.nnWe have been off our bikes for quite a while, but we will most certainly be doing more business with them in the future.
