Maybe next time you close the hotel, you should let Living Social know not to book any reservations so weary travelers don’t show up expecting the place to be open.
Overall it was a great experience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room is spacious for big city hotels. The decor is very nice and unique. I was told every room has different art work from the local artists. Breakfast was included, although didn’t list in the search from hotwire booking site. The early evening wine was a nice surprise as well.
This was such an awesome hotel to visit. The entire building is wrapped with artistic designs everywhere. It was a really nice energy to be here. The people in the front were super nice and accommodating to our needs. Highly recommend you check this place out.
Great staff, beautiful decor, dog friendly,comfortable beds, very clean! Only issue was our neighbors were so loud partying to 4am with various people coming and going all night! Had no sleep the first night in! Other than that it was great!! Love Boston, my 4th time visiting.
The room was fabulous. Comfy bed, super clean and well appointed!nMy one suggestion, if you are in the north wing request a room that does not face the ice rink! The fan from the rink is loud! The fan goes on and off all night! If it just stayed on it would be great white noise! Hardly slept at all. Such a shame because this hotel is really something special, just has a bad neighbor on one side!
