Landry's Boston offered excellent quality of service, even though I didn't purchase my bike from them. They did a great job to correct an error made by another bike shop. They troubleshooted and evaluated my bike for no charge prior to doing service. They turned it around quickly and I picked up my bike in perfect condition. I'd highly recommend them for bike service in Boston!

Incredibly friendly, quick, and well priced. I came for a bike repair for my son’s bike and was prepared leave it but was so happy to learn that the repair could be done on the spot. Randy saw that I was in a walking boot with a broken ankle and even brought out a chair for me to sit in outside in the parking lot. He mentioned that somebody would bring out a strawberry margarita for me, but it never materialized ;)

Excellent, helpful, and patient service! Brought in my old bike for a refresh and tune-up. The service intake process was quick and easy, and it was especially nice to have options in advance for how much I could afford to spend so they could focus on safety first and then evaluate other nice-to-have fixes based on my budget. The price quote was transparent and easy to understand and the actual work was done quickly and well. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful and happy to answer even my most basic of questions. I am very pleased! My only complaint was the 15-20 minute wait in line when you get there, but the lines were well marked, with plenty of room to social distance - I see the short wait as a reflection of how good they are and how busy that keeps them.

Fantastic customer service. They let me try multiple bikes out and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed purchase. They also focused primarily on getting me the kind of bike I wanted, rather than stretching my spending limit—I ended up getting a perfect bike for my needs at $100 less than my max spending limit, and I couldn’t be happier. The store felt pretty safe regarding COVID 19 precautions, including distancing (the interior was very roomy and not crowed, and everyone wore masks in the customer areas) and the checkout was in the garage that was open to the outdoor parking lot, allowing good ventilation. Thank you so much for the excellent service—I will definitely be returning for all my biking needs!

I'm so happy with my experience at Landry's. I took my bike in for a tune up and they did a fantastic job. My bike is 30 years old, but they were able to find the correct parts for it and it feels like riding a brand new bike. They never push to do more work than is necessary, prices are reasonable, and they are great at explaining what they think needs to be tuned. This is the only shop I'll take my bike to.
