We purchased and have serviced our daughter's bike at Frank's. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Fees are reasonable, and it's clear these people love their work. The small shop is crammed with inventory, and on our last visit, a huge, beautiful dog. There's much to like about the place.

My wife and I purchased new Trek bikes from Frank's and it was a great experience! From finding us great bikes quickly at a time when supply is very low, to expert assembly and sizing the bikes for us at pick up. The staff and service they provide is top notch. Very highly recommended!
Frank's Spoke' n wheel is a great little bike shop. the owner was very knowledgeable and super kind. My son and I were very pleased with the bike we purchased and the awesome customer service.. However,, selfishly, my favorite part of the store is a gorgeous dog/co-owner named BLIZZARD. If I get this right,, she is an ALASKAN NATIVE AMERICAN INDIAN DOG,, or something close to that,, just a magnificent dog,, truly a must see if you go to the store.. from a new loyal customer,, JODY COADY
I like this placed a lot. I'd go to other places before and people didn't look clear about repairing and fixing. This guy was pretty straightforward in everything, price, time and money. Super recommended.
