Excellent hotel. The suites are very spacious. The free breakfast is mediocre, but that's very excusable since the only available items are prepackaged due to the pandemic. The beds are quite comfortable, as well as the couch. The TVs are massive, and the room seems to have been updated recently. The kitchen has most everything you could need to cook for your stay, save for a cutting board. If you plan on cooking much during your stay, definitely pack a cutting board. The bathrooms were both quite clean, though in one of them, the toilet paper holder is not securely fixed to the wall (the bathroom in the double bedroom, room 324). The workers are all very helpful and friendly, and they seem to be doing everything they can to keep amenities like the pool and the fitness center open during the pandemic with scheduled times for guests to swim or work out. The housekeeping service comes by appointment during COVID-19, though you have to have left the room at least 3 hours prior to housekeeping coming in. You can, however, leave your trash in the hall for housekeeping to pick up, and you can borrow a vacuum cleaner if you need to. Overall, I have had a great experience with this hotel, and I look forward to the possibility of staying here again if I return to the greater Boston area!
Great location away from Boston. Places to eat nearby. The hotel toilet made loud noises every 10-15 minutes like clockwork. Told front desk and I was told someone would inspect after I checkout since I was only there one night. Note, I got little sleep and surprised of my experience at a Hyatt. This was the first time Hyatt let me down.nnReceived follow-up email from management almost a month later offering an apology. I'm at a lost for words since I initially addressed my issues in person with the front desk two times during my stay. Afterwards, I wrote the above review to voice my dissatisfaction. I feel that someone would have contacted me directly (my name and contact info on file) to offer an apology if they really cared about my concerns. If I'm being too old school with my expectations, my apologies.
Great place. Like a small apartment. Has everything you need and close to stores!nClean and people are great.
