Ripped and uncomfortable couches in room. Opened faced showers with a curtain(water spills onto floor) bugs on window curtain. 250.00$ hold on your card. Still scratching my head on why have open-faced shower with a curtain instead of a shower door. Rude and unsympathetic check inn staff. The room had all the fixings to make a coffee but no cups(not even a wax paper one).
This is my second time staying here. The staff is nice. The place is clean. The rooms are clean.nnOne point I need to bring up. Due to COVID hotels are not offering daily housekeeping of rooms. If you need towels or toiletries you have to ask for them.nThe buffet breakfast is also gone. This is with all hotels.
I have stayed at a few Sonesta hotels andnwas very impressed with the rooms this one was in a deplorable state the ceiling was crumbling, the bathroom had no hooks to hang clothes or towels. The floor was not clean. Overall I was disappointed.
I felt targeted by AGM kate it went from the music which was turned down to asking am i smoking marijuana which i dont smoke at all she kept calling my room she was standing outside of my door i had dried blood on one of my beds we went to the pool she kept coming out to the pool until we finally got out didnt even use our whole hour i contacted her boss which wasnt much help they offered to refund 1 night it wasnt about the money it was how i was treated and i work in hospitality and i would never treat anyone that way
Very nice team of people. Updated rooms and nice breakfast and evening events. Halls and elevator need some perking up, but those areas are far less critical to having super clean rooms and a friendly staff. Close to good food and malls. Lovely surrounding area
